Safety and Security
All reptiles staying with us are fully insured throughout their booking period. For safety reasons, we ask that all animals arrive at reception in a secure cage or appropriate carrier. We carefully house each animal in an environment best suited to its species—such as glass-fronted wooden vivariums or tortoise tables—complete with suitable heating and care. If you'd like to bring your own vivarium, just share its dimensions when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We use state-of-the-art Eco climate control systems offering consistent heating and ventilation. In addition every vivarium and tortoise enclosure features a microclimate dimmer, enabling precise temperature adjustment for your pet’s comfort and health during their stay.

Illness
When dropping off your pet, please let us know about any recent injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. We administer prescribed medications and treatments at no extra charge, ensuring specialised attention based on your veterinarian’s guidance.

Collection and Delivery
We offer a chauffeur pick-up and drop-off service for all small animals, birds, and reptiles within our service area. Collection and delivery fees are available upon request, and bookings must be arranged ahead of time.
