Bringing your pet

A CURRENT VETERINARY CERTIFICATE OF INOCULATION MUST BE PRODUCED FOR INSPECTION ON YOUR PETS ARRIVAL

All dogs must be inoculated against – Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus within the last 12 months and against Kennel Cough within the last 6 months.

All cats must have been inoculated against Feline Enteritis and cat flu within the last 12 months

ILLNESS

We ask that you mention any recent injury, illness or any disability when you leave your pet with us. Our resident Veterinary Nurse will ensure that all treatments or medicines are administered as per your Veterinary Surgeons instructions

INSURANCE

All cats and dogs boarding with us are covered by our comprehensive insurance. Insurance cover includes payment of Veterinary fees incurred whilst boarding with us and any Veterinary fees incurred within 3 days of leaving our premises for a condition your Veterinary Surgeon considers is a result of having been boarded with us.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

For the safety and security of your pet, we ask that all dogs are brought into reception on leads and cats are restrained in a suitable carrier. We will be happy to provide a cat carrier or a dog lead should you have forgotten to bring yours
